Hello, my name is Adele.

I live in Bovey Tracey with my husband, son & 2 dogs. I am a keen walker, cyclist & skier & I regularly practice Yoga.

I have previously worked in the NHS as a Senior Audiologist & therefore have experience of working in a wider healthcare environment & dealing with clients with complex needs.

I use a range of Massage Therapy techniques to assess & treat pain, discomfort, stress & anxiety. The techniques I use work upon the muscles & soft tissues of the body including tendons, ligaments & fascia. These techniques will help to promote relaxation & well being, & are beneficial in treating sports injuries, postural misalignment & muscular skeletal problems, as well as preventing injury. I also provide Reflexology treatments to encourage the body to heal itself, & to find its natural balance. During these treatments I use relaxation & therapeutic touch techniques, which are applied to reflex points on the feet and hands. Reflexology can be one of the ways you chose to help ease the stresses of modern life and improve your wellbeing.

I work closely with each client to understand their individual needs & each treatment is tailored to resolve their specific issue / issues. My aim is to offer a relaxed, professional environment in which we can work together to improve your well being.
